Louis Smeraglia

Mr. Smeraglia has over 30 years in the healthcare industry. During the past 10-15 years Mr. Smeraglia has been primarily focused on Physician Practice Management and involved in the following areas:

	Interim on-site Administration: Long/Short term management of the day to day business of the physician network or practice while assisting with the recruitment and hiring of a full time administrator and/or other staff members.
	Valuation Services: Providing expert business and asset only appraisals for hospital networks or physician practices for sale or acquisition purposes. We use the most commonly accepted methodologies as prescribed by the IRS.
	Operational Assessments: Providing an in-depth look at the medical practice by on site review and issuing written findings and recommendations for the opportunities for improvement.

In addition to the above Mr. Smeraglia has held positions ranging from Business Manager of smaller practices to CEO of large multi-specialty practices. Mr. Smeraglia has worked with several national healthcare organizations in a variety of assignments and "special project" leadership roles. A most recent project involved serving as a liaison between hospital and physician group being terminated from contract and forming the group into a private practice.

Mr. Smeraglia is a graduate of Jacksonville State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Mr. Smeraglia is a member of several business and medical societies.
