During his professional career, Mr. Cook has served as the director of a regional health planning agency for a 29-county area where he conducted technical reviews of certificate of public need applications and assisted in the development of studies and reports. Mr. Cook is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Planning and Administration. He has completed additional course work towards Master of Health Administration degree, Medical College of Virginia. |
